  • How much is shipping?

    Nationwide (including Northern Ireland) costs €6.00 unregistered post.

    European Union costs €6 unregistered post.

    International delivery is €10 for all items. Email info@thehandmadestudio.ie if you have any questions on postage costs.

    Items are usually dispatched within 3 – 5 days of order.

    If you require your item is sent traced post please contact me before ordering.

  • Do I pay tax on my item?

    Buyers are responsible for taxes and import duties in their country.

  • Can I track my order?

    YES, just contact me before you place your order.

  • When will my item arrive?

    Postage times estimates are:

    Ireland 2-5 days

    Europe 5-7 days

    International 7-14 days

    All times are approximate and unfortunately out of my control.

  • Can I return my order?

    I hope you are very happy with your order, if for any reason your not happy please contact me within 48 hrs.

    If your item is damaged please notify me that you are returning it within 14 days, (at buyers expense and is non refundable).

  • Can I place a custom order?

    Yes! If you would like something made specifically to your requirements such as a certain size or maybe a different colour, just get in touch and we can take it from there.

    Custom orders require a non refundable deposit. (unless it can be resold) 

  • Can I get sterling silver earwires?

    YES, just let me know before you proceed to payment.

  • Care Instructions

    Polymer clay should not be exposed to perfumes and chemicals.

    Apply perfumes before putting on your jewellery, pieces can be wiped with a damp cloth.

  • Fabric Bag Care

    Bags should not be washed or dry cleaned, spot cleaned if necessary.

  • Can I combine shipping if I purchase more than one item?

    Yes, I’m more than happy to combine shipping costs, just let me know before you purchase and I can sort it.

  • Where are the materials sourced?

    I source about 90% of my supplies such as fabrics and hardware from Irish businesses as I feel very strongly that if we don’t buy from our local fabric shops they will disappear for good.

  • Is the packaging biodegradable?

    I use biodegradable packaging and reuse the packaging I receive in my business wherever I can.
